Mechanical service

Full service of engines, gearboxes and propulsion systems.

About

We deliver comprehensive mechanical service for vessels, from routine inspections to complete overhauls of main and auxiliary propulsion. We work both in dock and on-site at the client.

A marine engine is a critical component of the vessel, and its technical condition has a direct impact on safety and operating economics. Regular service allows early detection of wear before it leads to a major failure.

We carry out periodic inspections, full overhauls of main and auxiliary engines, and service work on shaft lines, gearboxes and thrusters. Machinery alignment is performed using laser equipment, ensuring correct drivetrain geometry and extended bearing life.

We operate both in dock and at the client location. A mobile team is available for emergency intervention on a continuous basis, with documentation compliant with classification requirements.

How we work

Project workflow

01

Diagnostics

We gather operating data and inspect the engine and drivetrain. Analysis of symptoms combined with operational data allows precise identification of the root cause.

02

Quotation

We present scope and cost estimate prior to commencing work. If an extended disassembly becomes necessary, we inform the client before proceeding.

03

Repair

We use OEM spare parts or client-approved equivalents. Where required, we cooperate with authorised manufacturer service centres.

04

Handover

We commission, perform control measurements and document the completed work. The client receives an acceptance protocol and full service documentation.
